I had scoured to internet to find a tutorial on creating a custom signature. And I found Gmail will allow you to add a signature bar but not by directly changing any code.
My Work-Around
I signed up for codepen.io and created code for myself. I was then able to grab/copy the content from the preview window and paste into the Gmail signature settings. Check out my codepen account to pull the code and edit.

STEP 5 Locate "src" along with your videos url. STEP 6 At the end of the URL and before the closing quotation, add ?rel=0
